Octa-core (2x2.2 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6x1.8 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU was designed for Tab A11 by Ulefone, with chipset Unisoc T620 (12 nm), Video adapter on the Tab A11 is Mali-G57.

Memory on Tab A11 is 128GB 4GB RAM, 256GB 8GB RAM, external card slot is supported microSDXC (uses shared SIM slot), OS is Android 14.
